Will I be billed an Additional Fee when a Domain is Renewed AFTER its the Expiry Date?

Please refer to Zarc's published policies.  Clause 6.5.6 in particular, stated below:

Any reinstatement of the domain where the domain has expired and entered the closed redemption period will result in a full closed redemption fee being charged immediately to the registrar’s account and the domain name being fully reinstated as above.
