Log in to cPanel
Click on “Email Accounts”.
Click on “Manage” next to the email account
Enter your new password or use the generator to provide a new one.
Click on “Update email settings”.

This quick guide will take you through steps of changing your email password in cPanel.
Log in to the client portal via https://hosting.cybersmart.co.za/clientarea.php
Click on services
Click on the package name, eg, orange. You will then be redirected to the page where you can manage the domain from without having to log in to cPanel.
You can then click on Email Accounts and change the password for the email account.
